How to Get Your Business Verified on KibblePaw: UEN and Company Name

By KibblePaw Team

Get your business account verified on KibblePaw and a Verified Badge on your profile. A verified badge helps adopters recognise genuine pet-related businesses and organisations on the platform, building trust and improving rehoming success.

This guide explains how to get your business account verified, what to prepare, and how the verification process works.

What is a Verified Badge on KibblePaw?

A Verified Badge is a visible mark on your profile that shows KibblePaw has confirmed your organisation's identity. It signals to adopters that your listings come from a genuine business rather than an unverified account.

Verification is free and does not require complex documentation. We only need your company's UEN and registered name to get started.

Why should a business get verified on KibblePaw?

  • Build trust, adopters are more likely to engage with a verified business profile

  • Stand out, a Verified Badge distinguishes your listings from unverified posts

  • Improve rehoming success, adopters feel confident contacting a genuine, accountable organisation

  • Support welfare, verification reinforces your commitment to responsible, transparent rehoming

  • No cost, verification is free for genuine pet-related businesses in Singapore

Who can apply for business verification?

Verification is available to genuine pet-related businesses and organisations operating in Singapore. This includes:

  • pet shops and pet supply retailers

  • veterinary clinics and practices

  • pet groomers and boarding facilities

  • pet trainers and behaviour consultants

  • animal welfare organisations and rescue groups

  • foster networks and rehoming organisations

  • other businesses directly involved in pet care, welfare, or rehoming

Verification is focused on organisations helping pets find suitable new homes through responsible rehoming. KibblePaw does not currently support commercial pet-sales listings.

How to get your business account verified

The process is simple and requires only two pieces of information:

  1. Email us at support@digitalisle.cloud

  2. Provide your company's UEN and registered company name

That's it. We use your UEN (Unique Entity Number) and company name to verify your business against Singapore's official business registry. No additional documents are required.

What is a UEN?

A UEN, or Unique Entity Number, is a standard identification number issued by the Singapore government to registered businesses and organisations. It is used across government transactions and is the simplest way to confirm that a business is legitimately registered.

You can find your UEN on your business registration certificate, ACRA BizFile, or official correspondence from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

What happens after you email us?

  1. We review your UEN and company name against the official Singapore business registry

  2. We confirm your business is genuine and active

  3. We add the Verified Badge to your business profile once verification is complete

  4. We notify you by email when your badge is live

Verification is usually completed within a few business days, depending on the volume of requests.

What to include in your verification email

To help us process your request quickly, include the following in your email to support@digitalisle.cloud:

  • Your company name as registered with ACRA

  • Your UEN (Unique Entity Number)

  • Your KibblePaw account email or profile name

  • A brief note about your business type (for example, veterinary clinic, rescue group, groomer)

Does verification cost anything?

No. Verification is free. There is no fee for obtaining a Verified Badge on KibblePaw. We want to make it easy for genuine pet-related businesses to build trust and help pets find responsible new homes.

What does verification not mean?

A Verified Badge confirms that we have checked your business identity. It does not mean KibblePaw endorses every individual listing, guarantees a specific outcome, or takes responsibility for the animal's health or rehoming process.

Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings, honest communication with adopters, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Can a verified business sell pets?

No. KibblePaw currently does not support commercial pet-sales listings. Verification is focused on responsible rehoming, helping an existing pet find a suitable new family. Businesses should not use verified listings to advertise animals bred or acquired as commercial inventory.

What if your business details change?

If your company name, UEN, or contact details change after verification, email support@digitalisle.cloud so we can update your records. Keeping your information current helps maintain trust with adopters.

How to keep your verified status

  • Maintain accurate, honest listings focused on genuine rehoming

  • Respond to adopter enquiries responsibly and promptly

  • Follow KibblePaw's rehoming guidelines and applicable Singapore regulations

  • Avoid using listings as general business advertising

  • Update or close listings promptly after a pet is placed

Business verification FAQ

How long does verification take?

Verification is usually completed within a few business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your badge is live.

Do I need to submit any documents?

No. We only need your UEN and registered company name. We verify against the official Singapore business registry.

Is the Verified Badge permanent?

Verified status remains as long as your business stays active and follows platform rules. We may review verified accounts periodically.

Can an individual get verified?

The Verified Badge is for businesses and organisations. Individual pet owners can still create rehoming listings, but verification is focused on registered businesses.

What if my verification is rejected?

If we cannot verify your business, we will explain why by email. Common reasons include a mismatched UEN, an inactive registration, or a business type not currently supported on KibblePaw.

Ready to get verified? Email support@digitalisle.cloud with your UEN and company name, and we will add the Verified Badge to your KibblePaw business profile.
